Becoming Elders of Our Clan:

The biological social, cultural and psychological aspects of aging

                                ONLINE  4 CE  $44.00

As we experience the caretaking and passing of our parents, elders and spouses, we must traverse passages that invite us to complete arduous lessons with those who birthed, raised and loved us (the best they knew how).  This path is not always easy. Any unfinished business will “glow in the dark” and offer a golden opportunity for us to learn and to grow Any behaviors that do not serve us will come up for review.

Our own aging and caring for an aging relative or spouse gives us the opportunity to practice, our deepest listening, wisest communication:  heartfelt feelings and acknowledged  regrets.   It is our last opportunity to become more flexible than we have ever been .  All of this can only be good for our bodies, our minds, our hearts and our souls.  It has been said that those who have had adversities ultimately become the most successful because they have had to learn how to navigate challenges.
