Course Objectives
Upon Completion of the course

Participant will:

be able to define the concept of Self-Esteem, and list the Life Events and Life Areas that influence it.
be able to list the four components of The Circle Model of Self-Esteem Development, and give at least 2 examples of influences for each of the four components.
be able to list a minimum of 8 symptoms of low Self-Esteem.
be able to list a minimum of 5 strategies for raising low Self-Esteem.
be able to list a minimum of 3 ways Self-Esteem is linked to success in school.
